CASE STUDY · PULLY
An expatriate family wanted to settle in Pully, with a precise budget, in a 3.5- or 4.5-room flat: highly sought-after sizes that stay on the rental market for only a short time.
The family needed at least two parking spaces, whereas buildings often provide only one per flat.
In addition to finding the property, we negotiated with the property manager and with the neighbouring tenant, who agreed to give up a parking space he was not using.
The family secured its home in Pully with two parking spaces instead of one.

Property managers generally ask for a residence permit (or a letter from your employer), an employment contract or payslips, and a rent deposit guarantee, which can amount to up to three months’ rent for a home. Without a local history, a carefully prepared application makes all the difference: we help you prepare it.
Yes. Beyond the search, we liaise with the property manager to defend your needs: move-in date, parking spaces, cellar or other special conditions.
For a rental, our fee is one month’s net rent, payable when the lease is signed. For a purchase, it is 1% of the purchase price, payable on signature before the notary. No signature, no fee.
