01How much does a property search agent cost to find offices?
Our fee is one month’s net rent for the premises found, payable only when the lease is signed. For example, for offices rented at CHF 4,000 net per month, our fee is CHF 4,000. No signed lease, no fee.
02Can you also find premises to buy for our company?
Yes. For a purchase, our fee is 1% of the purchase price, payable when the deed of sale is signed before the notary.
03What documents are needed to rent commercial premises?
Landlords generally ask for an extract from the commercial register, information on the company’s financial strength and, for a young company, details of its funding. We help you present a clear and reassuring application.
04Which areas do you search in?
Mainly in Lausanne and West Lausanne (Ecublens, Renens, Chavannes-près-Renens, Crissier), in Epalinges and across the Canton of Vaud. We also work throughout the rest of French-speaking Switzerland.
